"My families entire experience was wonderful. Shout out Ari and Jazmin for taking care of us play the pool everyday with our 8month old baby who absolutely loved his first ever vacation. Would recommend to anyone, just be prepared to get your steps in as there is a lot of elevation to get to the beach/back to your room. All in all, we will be back!"

"We had a suit, it was everything the picture had described the view was breathtaking! Did try to use our Netflix one night and gave up leaving us with the history channel or Spanish TV. The main pool area is more of a “party” vibe & the smaller one with the jacuzzi is the quiet one. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was freezing & that was partly why I booked this resort. "We recently went on a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children and stayed in the family suite with 2 levels. Overall, the vacation was wonderful and the hotel was a great value. It was a little challenging to get reservations for certain restaurants but we did manage to get reservations 2 of the 3 days we tried. And the Italian and Seafood restaurants don't require reservations and had good food. Property was clean, staff was friendly and food was good no matter what we ate. The pools...

"The staff and the food were excellent. Hard working and curtious, except for the manager of the Mexican restaurant who was arrogant and rude. I do not understand how or why you would look down on customers who pay your salary. "

"This is what a vacation should be! Spacious room with ocean views (I upgraded). My bathroom & balcony were HUGE (shower & a large tub). I loved all the lighting options- dim, mood lighting as well as brighter lights as needed.
