"This is an absolutely beautiful resort. The wildlife was very entertaining. It’s a huge resort so it never felt too busy. We bought the unlimited pass to xcaret which was also great. A little more clarification on what restaurants are open and when- would have been very helpful. It’s a private beach so it felt very safe. What I did not like is the staff at the desks to the individual hotel room buildings. They harass you to sign up for Barcelo loyalty program. We said no multiple times and they...
