Pros Spotlessly clean, everywhere Attentive friendly staff everywhere many many pools Lots of areas to sit, never had a problem getting seats/beach loungers Food was high quality Coffee was good Especially liked the market place food. Lots of variety. Favourites where T bone steaks and nachos salsa and guacamole Margaritas best if ask for blended Cons: music always playing everywhere. Ventus Ha, no food just coffee and alcoholic beverages Travel to sister resorts to eat and go to beach Food only in main restaurants, none by the beaches or pool We stayed from Feb 9 to 16,2025. Weather was perfect.

Very friendly and hardworking staff we travelled with kids and this is a great property to have fun and great vacations everything was perfect just the wireless internet was limited for only two people out of five but hopefully they will change that for the future

We absolutely loved our time here. Travelled with my 10 & 11 year old boys. Dining options were excellent and had a great variety. Lots to do and we loved having the ability to use all 3 resort properties. We would absolutely return here to vacation again.

This was our first stay at the El Cid. We were impressed by the food quality, size of the resort, options on pools, hot tubs and the roof top infinitely pool. Service overall was ok. For having a butler, requests still hadn’t been met, and things were missed, but ultimately it didn’t make or break the vacation. I would not have paid for the platinum club again. Staff at restaurants and pool service was none existent. Expect to have to get drinks for yourself at all times. Three bartenders standing at the bar, but not one could come over in seven hours. Disappointed in that but again it was a decent place.

Our stay at this complex was amazing. The staff are so kind, accommodating, helpful and have a passion for what they do. The resort is beautil and lush and kept in absolutely impeccable condition. The food was the best I have had at any resort I have been to. There was always somthing good to eat. The beach is ok. Its not the Cancun beach but its beatiful to look at while having a cocktail in one of the many infinity pools on site. I am used to swimming in town anyway and that is just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun vacation. This place is a good fit for anyone.

If your typical expectation of an all-inclusive is that the food is “good not great”, then this is the place to go. Food is nothing short of impressive. You’ll find not a single drink diluted. Great service. A resort brilliantly thought out, with lots of plants and trees, let along the cafe that looks over a mangrove. I love that we were just a 5-min walk from the other resorts, which are more louder and busier. This way, you get the best of both worlds. We will be back! Well done to all the staff at Ventus Ha as well as the other sister resorts - brilliant experience ❤️

Pros: The service and staff were fantastic, and I liked being able to access all 3 resorts. They all had a different feel and were easy to access. Cons: There were many areas that were 18 , yet I had to pay adult fees for my 14 & 15 year old. The food was just ok - not great, but not terrible. We had the platinum level but I really didn't see much of a benefit.
