We stayed on the 7th floor and the ocean view was fantastic. The room service and other services were excellent. The ocean was super blue and couple restaurants food were delicious. The hotel itself was a bit outdated and did not have a lot of amenities for kids. However, the overall experience was excellent.

Very dated. Mirror has rust coming through, looked like it was nice at one time maybe 90s. Food was deplorable. I get it’s all inclusive and quality suffers but thankfully the property was located with walkable restaurants near by.

I came here with my wife and 2 yound kids. We had an amazing time here and not much to complain about. The food, including the buffet had something for everyone, even picky kids. The restaurants were great and also had options for kids. Service and cleanliness were great. The kids club outdoor splash pad/water slide needs work. You have to scoot on your bum to make it all the way down. All in all, would recomend this resort to family and friends.

Food is horrible !!! My son and I got food poisoning . We saw 2-3 pools had algae and they didn’t inform other guest not to swim . The only reason this place has amazing star is the staff , entertainment, and the spa is amazing . You need to find a new Chef at the resort who can understand simple and good quality food . You don’t need a million food to give and it’s just bad !!!! Unfortunately we will not come back again. It’s a shame .

10/10–if you’re even thinking about this property, don’t think and book. It’s not one of the resorts that is talked about often enough on social media. This is a very family friendly resort so if that’s not your vibe, look elsewhere. Lots of activities for the kids in the kidz zone, which they post schedules for daily but my kid just loves the sand and beach. Food was fantastic, even the buffet and same goes for room service! All staff are super friendly and accommodating. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the master suite, which truly made our trip even better. The room was giant with an enormous bathroom and a wrap around balcony with views for days. I would absolutely recommend the resort to all of my family and friends and look forward to come back soon. Thank you for the hospitality!

The rooms were clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options, Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient".
