Property was beautiful, but secluded. Many restaurants to choose from and pools were well kept. It is located south of Cancun. Transportation was expensive to Cancun and you cannot simply walk outside of the resort to any shopping areas. Beach was okay; lots of seaweeed on the shores during the month of February. Overall a good experience but would likely stay closer to Cancun or another city next time. Don’t let them talk you into attending a “privilege” or “club” presentation unless you want to waste a few hours of your day for nothing in return.

We give Ocean Turquesa 5 stars because of the wonderful staff that made our stay so unforgettable. Our personal concierges, Daniela and Valeria, were really friendly and made sure that we had restaurant dinner reservation throughout our stay. Each time they saw us in the lobby, they would approach us and ask how we were doing and what they could do to make our stay more memorable. Daniela ALWAYS made sure that we were being taken care of when we arrived for our dinner. We would like to express our gratitude to the pool bar personnel, Erika, Gustavo, and Alejundro, for ensuring that we had a steady supply of drinks throughout the day. Also, we appreciate the efforts of the blue team crew (manager and all of his employees) who have worked tirelessly to provide entertainment for everyone over the course of the days and the amazing live concerts every night. We thought concierges Daniela ( you will go far, beautiful one) and Victoria, also pool bar staff with special shout out to Gustavo and Mary, housekeeping were Especially Amazing. This property was nice, beach was not. Lots of seaweed but that happens. The one thing I couldn’t get past is we stayed 5 nights 6 days and had consistent hot water one of those. It was awful. The staff did there best but we would go from hot to no hot water to no water all throughout the day. My wife had to wash her hair in the sink once. To make a mends they did give us a 3 day 2 night stay which I probably am not going to waste the airfare on. As I said the staff was good and had it not been for the water issue the stay would have been 4 star. Danelle did her best to help us and was/is a superstar in the making for the hospitality industry. If the place was smart they would put her in charge of the resort. She was an unbelievable help and did her best ! But at the end of the day not having a hot shower or no shower is a deal killer for us.

This is our 4th trip here. We love how close it is to the airport (20 min). The food & drinks are very good! The beach is nice as well. The staff really is excellent. Here are some that were over the top: Jocsan at check in & out got us in the same building as my sister that we were surprising for her birthday. Aide & Antonio at Casa Del Mar anticipated our every need on numerous occasions. Victor at Villa Marina went out of his way to track down Tobasco for my hubby. Enrique who served our amazing skewers at Villa Marina Rodizzio. And Italia who served us drinks at the lobby. We will definately be back!

Our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa was one to remember! All of the staff were knowledgeable and kind. Someone in our group has many allergies and they made sure she had options at every restaurant we went to. The beach is beautiful on a warm day with lots of sunlight and fine sand. There is a lot of seaweed and trash that washes up on shore though; which obviously is not the fault of the hotel but something to note. My friends and I found 9 conch shells in the water!! What an experience. The water pressure was not great. If you opened the handle for cold it was fine, but if you tried for even luke warm all pressure vanished and was little more than a dribble. There’s always something to do for everyone at this resort. Parties at one pool with relaxing vibes at The other. Bracelet making, a different show every night (the fire show was our favourite!) pictures with animals on the beach - which you can purchase for honestly a lot of money at the gift shop… where a few of the options we liked. Overall I would gladly come back to this resort. The staff genuinely made it unforgettable. Rimundo, Fernanda, Daniela, Frank, Gustavo, Juan, and so many others go the extra mile to make you have the best time.

This was my second time at this resort. Decent price, great buffet, beautiful grounds and room, and nice staff. It was perfect for my parent's first trip to Mexico because the resort is fairly small. My suggestions: upgrade the beach hammocks and add some beach beds. My complaint: the beach and ocean were SO weedy on this trip. I know the resort can't control that but I've never run into that problem before in Mexico. I recommend this resort and would stay again!

Liked the daily entertainment, drinks were good, beds were very comfortable, resort was pretty and enjoyed the nature and wildlife. What we didn't like the most was the hot water issue. We didnt have hot water for 3 days and I had maintenance up to fixed the issue on 2 seperate occasions. Although they have many restaurants breakfast is pretty much the buffet, which was nothing special. The schedules for other restaurants were justnot very accommodating. They have 4 restaurants that are reservations only and they can be difficult to get as privileged guist have first dibs. Didn't find any food exceptional.some was good others just ok. Have to add the staff are wonderful and friendly. Always enjoyed our days at the swim up bar. One other plus, your bracelet is your room key. Very convenient.

we truly enjoyed pur time here. Our room was great and the staff all were so friendly and helpful. The resort offered a variety of activities and shows that were all great! The pools were nice and the drinks were yummy! We look forward to another vacation here in the future!
