The property is very dated, no entertainment and hard to get a dinner reservation. They cancel your reservations without telling you and reschedule you for 9:30pm at a different restaurant so they can accommodate bigger parties. Who eats at 9:30 pm?? When we asked Bruno the manager of Sandos he was rude, said ânot his problemâ and walked away from us! How professional Sandos, our stay was ridiculous. Weâve stayed lots on places in Cancun and surrounding areas and will never return to this place itâs definitely bottom of the barrel. Also we received special VIP bands for Expedia and they meant absolutely nothing! We received no better benefits than the regular non Expedia guest. Disappointed with Sandos Cancun. If looking at this resort definitely choose somewhere else.
