Staff at Cancun bay resort are all amazing, very hardworking and dedicated to make your stay enjoyable. The food was great with plenty of options. The beach by the property is small but more than enough and calm for refreshing dips.

I didn't realise all inclusive means loud "wedding disco bangers' all the time. Ymca, Grease, Saturday night fever, I will Survive, etc, played more than once a day each from 11-5 then again from about 8. Relentless. Apart from that, lovely spot. The food was amazing, the buffet is super convenient. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that the room had a faint smell of mold (which I’m very familiar with). Other than that 10/10 stay for the price.

We loved our stay at the Cancun Bay Hotel. All the staff took great care of us. They offered tour packages (including a trip to Isla de Mujeres) and we loved everything! We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the food was questionable at best ¹on the buffet. Food by the pool side restaurant was really good. Their where a few staff members that where very abrupt when answering you which I found rude. Would we stay there again the answer is NO.

While we had a wonderful stay with good food, service and room, our only grouse is the especially loud music that is played late into the night. While I understand people are on vacation and like to drink and stay till late at night, I think the music could have been reasonably less loud for those of us who like to retire earlier and get good sleep.

Staff was awesome! The site advertised a hot tub and they didn’t have one. Also they advertised yoga and only had 1 stretching class for 20 minutes in one week. They advertised 5 restaurants but only had 3. Everything shuts down at 10:00pm- no entertainment or alcohol after 10pm
