Property was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly. I missed the lack of waves as it's on more of the inlet. Buffet was ok but not great. The special dishe cooked at the buffet were always good

Awesome staff, closer to downtown Cancun. The beach is okay but not in the stop shape due to overgrown seaweed. Restaurant is large enough for such a small resort. Room service available (and free for the all inclusive!) which is very convenient for family with kids.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway for Families Our family of four absolutely loved this resort. Everything was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach was calm and perfect for relaxing. The food was pleasant, and the overall atmosphere was very laid back — ideal for anyone looking to unwind. If you’re after a party scene, this probably isn’t the place for you, but for us, it was perfect. We felt completely safe during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to return!

It was indeed a family resort. It’s unfortunate the their sliding door glass units are not soundproof. You can hear the car rev if you book the rooms facing the lagoon.

The property is quaint and smaller than many, making it easy to get to and from the beach, pool, dining etc…. So well maintained and clean. Food is pretty good with a nice variety. Overall, an amazing stay with a fee shuttle to access the larger property at the Royal Sands with other options for dining and a beach with waves.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and food was delicious! This was a lowkey hotel and as a family of 5 we loved it! Nice option to take a shuttle to the royal sands for the waterpark! Kids club was very busy and the painting activities cost extra unfortunately. Also there was a sanitation charge on my bill every day, which i was told was a government fee that i wasnt expecting especially since you have to pay a visit tax to the Quintana roo region.
