It’s a beautiful place, the beach it’s amazing, facilities are refurbished and looks really nice, all the staff is so kind and helpful, pool is really cool. It’s a amazing place to spend great time with family or couple. The only opp to me are the drinks in the pool bars, taste is like the same no matter what you ask. Not the best ones.

Our stay at dreams far exceeded any expectations we had. The staff all were truly so warm, so kind and beyond professional. The staff all cared and were clearly committed to offering an unbelievable experience. The location was drop dead gorgeous but what really set this resort apart was the consistency of excellence, cleanliness, and absolute luxury. People say food at a resort is blah- it was the complete opposite at dreams. The food was absolutely delish and fresh. Even at the buffet it was constantly great and staff were on top of keeping the items neat and properly tempered. We are already planning when we will be returning to this resort as it was the best most unbelievable experience we have ever had!

Beautiful property. My room view was amazing. Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. Everyone we encountered always had a smile, was respectful and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderdul. I want to especially thank and recognize the fine gentlemen at preferred breakfast at Portofino. They are Rene, Javier, and Edgar. Their excellent service and kindness left an impression. In the café I would like to thank and recognize Luis and Jessica for their latte skills and warm welcoming smiles. Last but not least, our highly skilled resort photographer Tania. She captured such timeless and priceless moments for us. My wife and I would like to thank you all for making our stay at Dreams Tulum a real life dream. We hope to see you all again soon. Blessings.

Checking staff was good, buffet options very limited and specialty restaurants are very small for the size of the resort, Christmas if you don't pay 800 dls you are not welcome on the Christmas party so we have to go to the asian restaurant and hostess and waiter with attitude with my group of 11 persons we have to wait long and the food takes forever to come, people from bars if you are not white they don't serve you as you come and sometimes ignored this resort is a BIG NOT

Food flavor average, quiet but clean swimming pool, for Christmas time was really disappointed cause they just offer Christmas dinner with a 800 dls charge and don't offer like other resorts night entertainment unless you pay for, the resort needs updates cause some furniture

We had an amazing experience, people were cordial and attentive. Edgar who served us at the seaside grill was extremely friendly and attentive to all the details that made us feel at home. He is someone who has class and cares about the people that visit the resort
