To begin everyone here is so kind and helpful. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating me and my girlfriend. Was very pleasant to be here. The area is gorgeous. I have to give a big shout out to the entertainment team. Cesar, Manuel, Johana, Sophia, Orlando, Neftali. They had so much energy and brought everyone together for all the activities. Recommend staying here. Will definitely comeback!

I traveled as a single woman from USA to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. I felt safe and well served. My room was beautiful, clean and modern. There was a VIP experience that I purchased in addition to my regular entrance fees…it gave me access to Japanese restaurant and the infinity pool on the top level. You won’t have access to these amenities any other way. The beach cove was also stunning but heavily laden with rocks. Which I did get swallowed up by undertow, pulled under my hand braced my fall and sliced opened 3 of my fingers badly. There were no signs to warn guests about the rocks, they are not seen they are covered by the ocean. My fingers still have not healed completely, be very careful and head down to more populated spaces when you want to swim in the ocean. The staff was delightful, fun and very attentive. The food was good. I don’t drink alcohol but if you do it flows freely. I would go back.

If you’re looking for a resort that has great food, all the amenities, countless activities like it’s literally always something to do from sun up to sun down, amaaaazing staff, so attentive and respectful.. always making sure you’ve got a drink in hand too. & Don’t even get me started on the cleanliness, not only was the resort clean and refreshing, whenever housekeeping stopped by they did an awesome job at keeping our suite nice and tidy. This hotel is nice and calm! Great for relaxing! Very clean! Staff very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Staff actually came to restock drinks in the fridge. Of course because they’re still doing construction the noise can be annoying but didn’t take away from my experience! I’m not really a beach person but having to take a shuttle to the beach definitely wasn’t something I was thrilled about doing! Being on vacation you want everything at your feet ! Overall I loved it

Only downside was the beach area was not that big, and you had to shuttle there. We loved the atmosphere so much we decided to just hang out at the pool. There were games, trivia, fitness, bracelet making and much more. It is gated and seems secluded
