Nice hotel. Very safe and charming. Good food and excellent customer service. They do need bigger elevators. Also, they can change it up in the morning for the breakfast buffet. However, I will highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely go back.

The staff were amazing. There are three main dining places and a little snack option during the day. The food was good, but it does tend to get repetitive. Room service was also great. We loved the aesthetic of the place. Would recommend!!!

Staff during check in was rude. Charged hidden taxes not disclosed in Expedia. Not all elevators were working, long wait to go to and leave from de room. Food in the buffet was just ok. The specialized restaurants are a joke, their food is terrible. The hotel infrastructure is abandoned by management: walls with cracks everywhere, stairs all peeled off. I HAVE TONS OF PICS TO PROOVE THIS. Room is outdated and cheeply renovated. Horrible paont job everywhere in the hotel not done professionally. Safe box not working. The whole hotel has a strange smell which they try to mask with a strong ambient dehodorant. There is not real night activities, and to top it all, the bracelet you purchase it only give you access to a very low tier liquor. If you want to access the nice one you have to pay extra $50 US per person per day. In summary, this hotel is at a low level Cuban hotel and it charges the price for a high end hotel. NEEDLES TO SAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

It was a good experience, this resort is for a peaceful getaway. it is not for a party or any sort of entertainment. although i enjoyed the quiet and the sun it did get a bit boring after a while. The views are to die for, while the food is mediocre at best. It has pros and cons but definitely book if you are just going for a relaxation. They’re 4 restaurants on site and one buffet opens in the morning. I liked my stay for a first time trip to mexico just wished there was more to do on the property. Amazing staff! very helpful! they are hard working and you can tell.

It was my first time staying at this Resort, and let me say that it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful but specially the bar tenders (lobby bar) they made it so much fun. The food was very good 10/10. The room super clean. Let me finish by saying that my experience overall was 100/10. Ah the only thing was that they forgot to give me my welcoming drink but it’s okay…

Everything was great! The only downsides is the food in the buffet was always cold, yet still delicious. I also wish the outdoor lunch options by the pool had more options/signage for availability. Overall very nice! and very relaxing for a couples trip or friends, not very loud or party centered but very enjoyable with loved ones.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Our first time in Mexico and I couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Staff is awesome and always polite. The hotel is always trying to have something different everyday. Mexican night or burger night or something else. Even my mom with allergies was able to have fun and eat different food and drinks.
