The Wyndham was fun-daily activities and access to extra excursions. The staff was excellent and friendly. The only issue was figuring out how to eat dinner at the restaurants!

*Wyndham Alltra Review (Dec 21-25, 2024)* *Pros:* 1. *Prime beach location*: Perfect for families with young kids, offering easy access to the beach. 2. *Exceptional housekeeping*: The housekeeping department was highly responsive to our requests. *Cons:* 3. *Limited vegetarian options*: Unfortunately, the restaurants had few vegetarian options for lunch and dinner, forcing us to order food externally at least once a day. 4. *Lack of whole grain options*: The restaurants didn't offer whole grain alternatives for tacos, nachos, and sweets. 5. *Average buffet quality*: Considering the high price per night, the buffet quality was underwhelming. 6. *Poor communication*: The reservation policy for Christmas Eve dinner was not clearly explained during check-in. 7. Noisy corridors: We were on 1st floor and we kept hearing people going in and out through out the night. Their doors/walls are not sound proof. For a light sleeper like me, it was quite disruptive. *Conclusion:* While the Wyndham Alltra has its advantages, I would not recommend it to individuals who prioritize Indian, vegan, or healthy whole grain diets.

Wasn't happy with our room situation, when we walked in it, it was set up as a honeymoon suite. Instead of changing rooms we made it work and stayed. The boards under the bed had collapsed (should have moved then). EVERYTHING is really dated and old including the TV and everything is in spanish only, unable to cast from your phone. The pool is disgusting. Old tiles small nothing special. Thank goodness for the beach access. Great food options BUT no reservations and the best thing to do is put your name on a waiting list at 5pm sharp as you will have a 1 to 2 hour wait. Poolside tacos amazing. Will I ever stay here again, no. Too crowded and run down for my liking.

Very nice place for family vacation. The one thing that made it a 4of5 stars was how loud it is in the hallways.
