The staff makes this facility sing. They are the nicest, most attentive of any place I've ever stayed. They will always smile, greet you, answer your questions, help in every way. Clean, convenient, beautiful beach and pool area with waiter service readily available. Restaurant food is excellent and service is exceptional. will definitely go back.

It was a perfectly average hotel. There’s no reason I’d not stay again, although there are more modern hotels that I’d likely try if I came back. But overall, it was ok value for money when bought via a Expedia package. Since it’s not all-inclusive, it’s not overrun by middle-age American tourists with their Yeti cups of margs, nor the young obnoxious party crowd. There were certainly more Mexican natives staying here than I’d have expected for Cancun, which was nice. Occupancy rate at the hotel must have been quite low all week because it was generally quite quiet — I never had to wait for anything… table at La Palaba, sun lounger at the pool, drink at the bar, massage at the spa, etc. Pros: - The staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk, bar & restaurant. - Lunch and dinner prices were quite reasonable compared to London. - Location was good. - Deep tissue massage was good and I walked right in and they saw me 10 minutes later. Cons: - £27 for a buffet breakfast seemed quite pricey. - No blow dryer in the room. - The waiters at the pool could have been more attentive and kept an eye for guests needing food or drinks without having to wave them down. - Only a small sliver of sand for 2 rows of chairs, and then rough concrete shoreline, and there are many other hotels with much better proper beach access. - I couldńt just charge everything to my room for some reason. Might have been a misunderstanding at check-in on my part though.

Location, beautiful area. Beach needs some updates ( fix stairs on the beach) . In general clean facility; the building itself old and needs some remodeling. We were lucky with beautiful weather. This resort is old but a great option for budget friendly vacation. We enjoyed ocean, beach, sun , food. Customer service is ok but misleading about charges on credit card ( just be extra cautious).

The pools were very cold unfortunately and kids weren’t aloud in the hots tubs which weren’t hot at all.. the staff were amazing I must say and the food was delightful and they did not skimp out on the drinks

I really enjoyed our stay at this location . there are a few things I didn’t like The rooms smell like mildew , rooms need many upgrades. New paint and decor. When we first entered I was approached by a staff member who stated we had a free breakfast because we chose to stay at the hotel and they were celebrating 25 years. When we went to the breakfast it turned out they wanted us to buy a time share . Stay away from these people and just say no! Nothing is free they got upset with us because they stated we should of known it was for the membership. After that experience we had a wonderful time , the beach connected to the hotel was beautiful. I do think it is over priced but it is a nice quiet location to get away

I traveled solo and was fine for few nights as I used property only to sleep in and spent most of my time outside. Staff was very considerate and courteous and helped with a/c in the room as per request. I would say good for a 3 star hotel for the money I spent.

The hotel looks beautiful from outside but the rooms need a good update, our room smells terrible, the food was absolutely disgusting, we order two drinks at the beach and they were terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The staff is very polite but they keep trying to sell you their timeshare.

We had excellent attention by the staff of this hotel, all the facilities are good, the restaurant next to the beach very good, the beach very beautiful, I do recommend staying in this hotel, especially if you do not want an all-inclusive, since you are going to be some days on excursions outside the hotel.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom suites and everything was excellent. Housekeeping was available when needed, washer and dryer available for guest. 5 minute walk to the disco area. I felt safe around the property n had no issues while staying at the Fiesta Villas. This hotel gained a new customer.
