The staff and property location are the strengths. Overall it has gone downhill since 2022 when Kempinski took over and even more so since last year. Club lounge food - whilst of good quality - is repetitive and lacking in imagination. It needs a good overhaul. Cabanas aren’t all in use and cordoned off. It’s a shame when it cd be so much better. Staff are great though

Kempniski hotel cancun was the best idea to stay in. The place is big, clean, and has everything you need. Also the service was amazing and the food was great.
