This would be our 14th stay at Priveledge. Very accommodating staff,clean small resort. Food was excellent . This is considered a 3 4 resort ,if you want a 5 star go else where. I would highly recommend. The pools are cleaned daily and constantly repairing the grounds.

Easy beach access with attentive wait staff and reasonable snack/lunch options on beach; access to food at various locations throughout the day - Very friendly staff overall - many of the same staff we see at every visit. Vying for beach chairs was a pain but staff also attentive to this concern.

The all-inclusive food was great, but redundant. The higher end restaurants are only open with reservation on certain days with the choice of 2 timea. There is a very loud venue next door that serves private parties which frequently lasted until 4am. On the other side there is an elementary school.The resort basically shuts down at 10pm. Otherwise very enjoyable stay as staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Recommend: bring your own cup (they will just fill it up) and straws, you can purchase the all-inclusive by the day as there are some fantastic places outside the resort too. Jax's across the street, Mango Cafe, and the Soggy Peso. When visiting Punta Sur be ready to climb rocks and wear good shoes.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Jesus at front desk went well above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible room with a beautiful view. Food was fantastic. Loved the room service! Staff are the same year after year and are all very watm and friendly.

Property has went down hill over the last 3 years. Ants in room, no hot water, and poor water pressure with inability to fill the jacuzzi tubs. Our third year coming to this property and it appears they might be short staffed as it takes a very long time to get service for drinks and food.

It is a beautiful resort and the employees are wonderful. I have been to Privileges many times and always feel at home there. The reason I did not give it 5 stars this time is because I was unable to find a beach chair for most of the 7 days I was there. I never had that problem in previous years. I also had to suffer through barely lukewarm showers a few times. I guess if you shower at “peak” times you are out of luck.

Credit card was hacked after checking in, whirlpool on balcony was never cleaned asked every day for 4 days still not cleaned when we left after day 9(it had other people hair in it and a scum line around it). DY 2 boiler was down so not hot water for showering. All inclusive asked to fill pop and water every day would leave 1 of each(1 day even left money with note and we got 2 bottles and never filled again). Asked for booze for the room left 1 airplane bottle of rum and never replaced it when empty. Food was mediocre at best had much better food at all the other resorts on isla we have been at. Privelage what a joke don’t waste your money there.

Well, it’s just say the first four hours after checking in my credit card got hacked and was used by the ministry of foreign affairs which just seems odd because it was not used for days before checking in, booked all inclusive waited untill day four before they filled the bar and pop fridge with asking twice a day, whirlpool on our patio was not usable other people’s hair and dirt scum in it since day one no none ever cleaned, day two no hot water at the whole resort everybody had to take ice cold showers. The food is typical all inclusive food mediocre at best Brazilian night was very good though. Everything else just typical all inclusive bland food. There are much better all inclusive resorts on the island. Last three days we’re here they were rebuilding the wooden deck around the pool works hanging over the edge of the pool with electric corded tools at any minute they could’ve dropped them in the pool and electrocuted everybody in the pool. Day 7 (we came with a group of 20, 10 different rooms) 8 of the rooms cards were shut off and had to be reset when we made it back to the resort. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
