"We had an amazing time. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Both shower and bath/jaccuzi. Several pool and the beach is so nice. The only bémol would be the system of dining reservation. The buffet was good but the steakhouse meat was not so we didn’t try the other restaurant. It was impossible to reserve a table anyway. The japanese was good. Would go back"

"You will not be disappointed at your stay here. Staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so wonderful and fun. Shout out to Misty, Jose, Duelce, and I know I’m missing many more but ya’ll are the BEST! This hotel offers so many activities and entertainment. There are many restaurant choices and you’re always greeted by fantastic service, shoutout to Rafael at Brasas restaurant. The adult vibe is great, so many ppl from all over the world here to meet and that says a lot. The will be a vacation you will not be disappointed with when staying at this resort "

"The food was really amazing and I'm hard to please lol. The staff was great, room was very clean. I would go back again for sure. Loved the wildlife on the resort and it was a good mix of pool party day time fun and night time romantic setting. "

"Loved the beach and the pools. Kids had a blast. One of the best buffet I’ve had in an all inclusive resort. Plenty of activities for everybody. The area around the hotel is well kept , safe and walkable"

"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "
