"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"We had a wonderful stay here! The property is beautiful. Stayed in honeymoon suite and was very affordable. "Hello everyone we got stuck a few extra days in Cancun . We found this hidden gem ! We had a large room with 2 full size beds and a twin bed . Large closet space and a balcony. The room included a large TV and WiFi . We shared a hallway bathroom which was actually not in inconvenient at all . The lady onsite is super clean and stays on top of it . We got to enjoy the pool and backyard grill area. Would love to have had a fridge too keep snacks and drinks . We will definitely be using this place...

"It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful."
