"This had its share of missing ‘things’ (no milk or cream for coffee, cool shower, communication issues as we both massacred each others’ language!), but that is to be expected in many countries that aren’t Canada. Overall, I booked it because it was what I was looking for: near the airport, not a resort, small but with a pool, cure bar and decor, food (tho’ too much meat for a vegetarian- good thing I love rice & beans!). Reception/wait staff were kind and helpful. Room was great. Comfy bed!...

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. "Hello everyone we got stuck a few extra days in Cancun . We found this hidden gem ! We had a large room with 2 full size beds and a twin bed . Large closet space and a balcony. The room included a large TV and WiFi . We shared a hallway bathroom which was actually not in inconvenient at all . The lady onsite is super clean and stays on top of it . We got to enjoy the pool and backyard grill area. Would love to have had a fridge too keep snacks and drinks . We will definitely be using this place...

"The place is a little sketchy but worked for a one night stay pinch. I like a firm bed…… this bed was like concrete! Don’t try to use the bathroom for real because you can’t flush the paper. Although if you’re looking for a super cheap getaway, I’d still look elsewhere UNLESS they change their beds. You can always walk to the mall to use those bathrooms so you can actually flush. Room 2 star Team 4 star"
