We missed having a hot tub in the pool area. Not handicapped accessible-lots of steps, and a good amount of walking for a handicapped person. We had wonderful, personal service at all of the restaurants except the Mexican one. We had 2 lunches and a dinner there, and the service was slow. Tipping-the whole thing is unclear-publishing some guidelines for when to tip, how much is appropriate/expected would be so helpful for guests. "
