"Better than expected! Need a renovation in the pool chairs and decoration but its very clean and has all the necessities like gym, pool, beach, restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market. The staff is very friendly, they even decorated my room for my anniversary without extra charge. The food was reaaaallly good all the time. Location is perfect"

"I have been coming here for many, many years. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. Housekeeping is great! The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful; always ready with a smile and kindness. I recommend Playa Palms without hesitation.The beach is lovely, and always clean with umbrellas and palm trees for shade for the loungers and Adirondack chairs. Very quiet at night. Very peaceful. "We loved our stay at Xambé. The place was quiet and clean, we were able to walk to the local plaza to get some wine and local food. The infinity pool was amazing and it was empty almost everytime we went up there. 10/10 stay."

"Did not appreciate the fact that there were no channels on tv and when I asked I was told “oh tomorrow we can install a tv box….. it was raining and we stayed in the room that night… next day was too late, we where leaving"

"Wonderful relaxing vacation from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, friendly faces welcoming a solo traveler & very helpful. Dining room service, at the pool service & bar service was wonderful. Dont forget to TIP YOUR SERVERS. Clean rooms great air conditioning, great balcony views. Beautiful place, great value... was there before...will be back again. Was there offseason so overcrowding not an issue. Don't forget to tip your servers"

Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "
