"Myself and girlfriend stayed for 7 days at the occidental. We really appreciated the hospitality and gluten free options and awareness by the staff. They went above and beyond for the service. We were helped every morning by Emilia and Otillio at the beach club and were the best! Prior to coming we were concerned about the gluten free options and environment of the resort. There was lots to do with the xcaret park so close and discounts provided at the resort. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!"

"We loved our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the food. The options were limited and to use the two restaurants you had to make a reservation which was hard to get in and was prioritized to members. Pool was great and the two grill restaurant around the pool made it convenient to have a bite or a drink."
