"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "

"The resort was amazing all around. Every member of the staff was so happy and helpful. William took care of us from the start and gave us so many helpful tips about the resort. All of the restaurants were great, but the steakhouse stood out. I just left and I can't wait to go back!"
