"The entertainment was amazing! Always something to do! Activities, sports and crafts for most ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Viva Vibe staff. Ugh but the food…SO FLAVORLESS!! Definitely wasn’t expecting 5 star quality at an all inclusive but the food was a 3 out of 10. Honestly felt like going into the kitchen and help them put some flavor into the most basic foods!! Very disappointed with the food."

"Great stay! My only critique is for the Hotel to implement that the 24-hr security guard have access to the master key to rooms in the event an hotel guest accidentally locks themselves out of their room. This happened to me one night after the front desk was closed (which was 11p) and I couldn’t get back into my room until the front desk reopened at 7a. Luckily, I had a friend who was staying nearby and I was able to sleep there but I would have much rather stayed in the room I paid for....

"A very good stay for a quick solo trip to Playa! The hotel was well-situated for my purpose of going there. I would highly recommend that a bar fridge be placed in each room! It would hold water, juice and a few drinks. No kitchen facilities are alright for a quick trip but water is a must. I would use this place again if there was a small fridge in the room."
