Find Hotel with a Concierge in Playa del Carmen Centro

"Nice location, good pool area but NOT ENOUGH shade umbrellas around the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was warm one day then cold the next three days. You only receive two very tiny bottles of purified water each day, which is quite odd. You actually need to buy your own overpriced water at nearby stores. Definitely could use an upgrade in that catagory"

"Great place to stay to be in central playa del carmen! Right next to the beach and beside the busiest avenues! Lots of fun! Hotel staff very friendly and respectful! Beautiful spacious room! "

"It’s a quaint property and handy to many amenities. The bed is very hard, if you like a firm mattress. If I was to offer a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend having coffee available at the location. Although there’s a communal coffee maker, it’s just for hot water and it’s just not convenient. But I really loved the location, and I loved the resident cat 😁"

"We really enjoyed our 2 week stay @Casa Melissa. You couldn’t get a better place so close to the beach at this price. Staff was great, very attentive, and friendly. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, and a nice shower. Not a fancy place, but amazing for the price. You are so close to everything in Playa Del Carmen, without the noise from nightclubs. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean and spacious room. The hotel is small but beautiful! The hotel has a mexican touch regarding decoration. Easy to move around downtown/5th avenue. Definitely coming back to this hotel! Being honest, a little bit of noise from bars around the area but not that loud. You get what you see on photos! "
