"place is exceptional. Very noisy; you can hear everything outside, and people have full conversations in the common areas at 4am etc. Jesus is the key to this place; he is exceptional. Was VIP expedia hotel but no wine was presented as listed. Most hotels that are Expedia Vip hotels don’t even know they are. Other than that - a ton of people in and out/ more so than any other place i stayed at. Would come back. ideal location "

"I really enjoyed the view. I had the balcony ocean view room. The balcony was 30 feet away from the beach. It was a spectacular view. The beach was well maintained with soft white sand. Very enjoyable. It was worth every penny based on that alone. There are some reviews that mention deficiencies. They are mostly right. There is a night club next door and the music can be quite loud. The facility is older and a bit run down. The room was not especially clean. None of these issues bothered me and I really enjoyed my stay. Would absolutely stay in this this room again. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel so the view and the beach is the highlight. It's also in the heart of downtown Playa Del Carmen and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Good location for anyone interested in the night life."

Nicolas helped me when the remote control for the aircondition did not work, and he has a very nice attitude and knows service. Thank you.
