"I would have had a better stay but the electrical plug in the Kitchen was disfunctional making a loud popping noise the entire time i was there. The room was clean however my bedsheets were dirty or stained upon arival. When i notified staff they changed the sheets but not the comforter. I slept on pool towels. The comforter smelled like dog and had some pet hairs on the bed. I was eventually moved to another room on my last night but that room needed some painting especially in the bathroom....

"It was rustic, very authentic trying to respect nature, if you want a quiet nice private space for your family and friends this is the place, though the roads to the hotel aren’t paved yet, making transportation difficult but, it is very cozy, me and my family would recommend it for big family’s."

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. "This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. "This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property....

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. "Very nice property in a very good location. Our host Angel was outstanding in communicating. Only negative was ovetbearing security guard at the pool. He insisted guests carry their heavy suitcases rather than roll them to their units,. He also confronted guests who attempted to move umbrellas on whells to prvide better shade, defying all common sense.
