"We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!"

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. "Enjoyed 4 nights/5 days this past week. Only had one rainy day but still had fun bar hopping and trying restaurants. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Cesar did a great job with check-in and answering questions (and extra towels). Kitchen had all we needed to make light meals. There is a keurig there (not shown in pictures). Lots of stairs, but it didn't hurt to walk off the food and drinks! Close to Kin Ha and of course The Joint. We love Punta Sur and the south side of the island....

"Great location! Close to town and Cozumel ferry yet quiet and relaxing. The whole community has 24 hr. guarded entry so it was very safe and quiet for walking to town. We especially loved the local wild life when walking. The amenities were great. Onsite dining, poolside bar, bicycles, daily activities with hosts, other water and sports equipment, and really helpful and friendly staff. The establishment was clean, well built, pretty and comfortable. I could say the same about all of Playa....

"Wow! Staying at this beachfront condo was an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up every day to the sound of waves crashing and the sun rising over the ocean. The condo was impeccably clean and beautiful decorated. "The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. We came right after the hurricane and would barely notice with hardworking staff working on the property constantly. The area is a perfect beach town with a close breakfast place “jungle cafe” and a very friendly restaurant essentially across the street, and a corner market type place maybe 1/4 of the mile down the road. Other more fancy restaurants were also within walking distance. The coral reef… amazing. Friendly and reassuring...
