"We had a very good stay at the Casitas. The food was very good quality for an all inclusive. The staff were all excellent. I would have given an excellent rating but we had some room issues. The roof leaked during a rainstorm. Also we had only lukewarm water in the shower. The shower was reported early but never a resolution. Otherwise, a great stay. The More Inclusive had some nice perks like a catamaran snorkeling tour, a water park. "

"I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. Since our dinner ended up late most nights, we did not make it to any of the shows. The other issue I had was that people would leave their belongings on the beach/pool beds or chairs and not occupy them. There...
