"We stayed at your resort February16-25,2025. Overall, an excellent resort! The facilities were very well kept and the nightly entertainment was excellent. The variety of restaurants were good and the food was wonderful. Noteworthy staff were food service workers named Manuel, Antonio and Lenin. Diana Salamanca went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this resort. One suggestion would be to have more organized transportation to and from Cancun airport...

"This is an excellent resort; good facilities. It is a huge property with lots of walking or shuttle riding. It is too far from Playa del Carmen to walk, and bus is a bit difficult; $30 U.S. by cab. Food is very good, sometimes some is not hot enough. As others noted, not enough pool chairs (like most resorts). The staff is great; the shows were too late for us."

"This property has a lot to offer with food activities pools and beach. The people are very helpful. The beach is very nice with not much sargassum when i was there. If you want lounge chairs by the pool and beach you have to get up very early to save a seat."

"I love Sandos Playacar. This was our second trip here and both times have been great. The food is fantastic, the staff is cheerful and helpful. Everything was perfect. The level of effort and care the staff put into the reslrt is genuinely astonishing. 10/10."

"The service was great—Joe at the RiuFit was fantastic and Aldo and Antonio at the plaza for all the shows were wonderful. Truly everyone was. The only issue was the food was sub par. We had a couple good meals but mostly left our mealtimes hungry or disappointed. Again—NOT the service. Just the actual food. "
