"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"I loved our stay at Wyndham Alltra! The food was exceptional, with various delicious dishes to suit every palate. There were so many fantastic options for kids, which made mealtime stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. The buffet, à la carte restaurants, and snack bars were all top-notch. "This review is for stay July 2024. My family and I celebrated my birthday and wedding anniversary. The resort was clean and I loved the way they went above and beyond with cleanliness in the room including turn down service. It is also family friendly. The only issue is the time share seeking services we ended up paying for what they offered us as free. Overall it was a great experience for our first time in Mexico. Great room service as well. Just a note even though it is all inclusive if you are interested in booking here make sure you make your dining reservations or figure out food options. "
