"The staff was wonderful. Food was much better than any other all inclusive we have been to. Noise level is good, no super loud pool parties in the middle of the day. Our room was very nice with a two full bathrooms. The sofa bed needs to be replaced but my son just decided to sleep on the large lounger and was comfortable "

"Quiet resort with lots of polite attentive staff. Why 4 stars and not 5? 1) food in the upscale restaurants was very good but buffet was just ok. Selction was limited as were dining times. There was a coffee shop but it was closed more than it was open. 2) the shower was nearly impossible to get a steady temperature. Just when you think you have it, your getting boiled then comfortable then cool. 3) ac worked great...except the only way to get it to stop cooling was to turn it off. Then it...

"Absolutely excellent stay. My expectations were exceeded!!!! Shout out to Joel for having such positive energy every time we needed a golf cart. Abraham, you made my stay memorable as my partner and I enjoyed the adults only pool 😊. Thank you! There was a man in the platinum lounge in the El Cid hotel whose name I did not get, but he was a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place. They helped make my anniversary so special. Also, Aakat was the best restaurant hands down. "

"Excellent, staff were brilliant. Felt looked after the whole time and a seamless experience from airport transportation to check-in. Concierge was brilliant in helping us sort activities and dinner for the week. We also had a free massage included from taking a presentation on time shares, they didn’t push this hard on us but perhaps because I’m on the right demographic for that. Could do with another restaurant and perhaps indoor swim / sauna facilities but that aside nothing really missing!"

"All the staff was great, very attentive and respectful, and always greeted with a smile. Dealing with no hot water for the first half of our trip was frustrating especially coming from the airport and wanting to have a nice warm bath. We traveled with a one year old and she also had to shower with very cold water which she cried about. Other than that, everything else was great. "
