"Quiet resort with lots of polite attentive staff. Why 4 stars and not 5? 1) food in the upscale restaurants was very good but buffet was just ok. Selction was limited as were dining times. There was a coffee shop but it was closed more than it was open. 2) the shower was nearly impossible to get a steady temperature. "Excellent, staff were brilliant. Felt looked after the whole time and a seamless experience from airport transportation to check-in. Concierge was brilliant in helping us sort activities and dinner for the week. We also had a free massage included from taking a presentation on time shares, they didn’t push this hard on us but perhaps because I’m on the right demographic for that. Could do with another restaurant and perhaps indoor swim / sauna facilities but that aside nothing really missing!"

"Just stayed a week, and would definitely recommend if you want a laid back vacation. The property was clean and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Frank and Lola's and Latino are the two dinner locations that require a reservation, highly recommend. The Beach House was ok for all meals. "We booked at the Ventus for 2 weeks with a group of 6 - 2 babes, 2 older adults and 2 middle age. There was something for all of us! The Ventus is attached to the 'Marina' property and is essentially the same resort. The 'Ha' is just across the road. There are SO many pools with whatever vibe you are looking for.
