"The property was the cleanest and prettiest all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. The service was also the best I've ever had. The upcharges for day beds when they weren't even full by 3pm is kind of silly. They should offer guests them free after a certain time of day, especially in drizzling or rainy days. "First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. "Great location. Near the beach, 5th ave, Ado bus drop off or departure, Walmart!! And, lots of inexpensive local taco stands or restaurants. Dona Paula’s for Pozole, honestly it’s like your mom is cooking…great soup and inexpensive, large with trimmings…& $110 peso…. Soooooo good. Love the hotel front desk staff, warm, welcoming and just really nice. This is a very comfortable, typical mexican, older place, to stay. "

"I always enjoy staying at The Beloved. I am a member to the Excellence Hotels. The only think that I do not enjoy is there is never any upgrades when we get there. I have been going to all their hotels for the passed 15 years."

"This was our first Cancun resort experience and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the resort had fun activities you can participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t sure where to book if it’s your first time. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport. "
