"After reading some recent negative reviews about the Royalton Riviera Splash Cancun, I was hesitant to book with my girlfriend. But to our surprise, the resort was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and our experience exceeded expectations! Don’t let bad reviews scare you. The pools were awesome, and our room was clean and well-kept. The food was solid—the buffet was always good, and some specialty restaurants were definitely worth checking out. Our favorite was Hunter Steakhouse, with Agave and the Cave also being really good. Just keep expectations reasonable! Shout-out to Alberto, who was a server/bartender by the pool. I asked for a beer, but they were out. Instead, he noticed I had a cocktail the day before and brought it to me without me asking—that’s top-notch customer service! Also, thanks to Felipe, who helped plan our excursions. He didn’t just try to sell us things but actually gave great recommendations. We had an awesome time at Islas Mujeres and snorkeling with green turtles! FYI the beach is not crystal-clear water, which we expected, but it was still beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. One heads-up: get to the pool early (7-8 AM) to grab a good spot as it fills up fast! Overall, we had a great stay, and every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful! "

"We as a family had a great time at Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun. The staff, food, service everything was beyond exceptional. The pool and the servers were amazing as well. The entertainers did exceptionally well keeping the crowd entertaining."

"We stayed 5 nights and it was great! My son enjoyed everything that it had to offer, kids pool, trampoline park, zip line and games. Nice ambiance around the property, the food was great for resort food nothing special. I loved the nightly shows they were cute and the steakhouse was my favourite. Thank you to Carlos the host and server took great care of us!! Laura at concierge was patient and kind. Everyone that I came across was lovely and helpful. Thank you! <3"
