"The Grand Residences fulfilled and exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The pools are awesome. The service is top notch. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay special. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The food is mostly very good. This is a resort for families and older folks so don’t come here looking for tons of entertainment and activities. But it’s a great place to relax and be pampered in a beautiful setting. "

"Room was extremely cramped for a family with 2 children. Two double beds and two rollaway cribs were really difficult to work with. No room for baby to roam. Also, frosted glass separations for toilet / shower with rest of the room would be very strange if kids were a bit older. Would have preferred more privacy."

"Had a family vacation and we loved it. The staff was attentive to our needs and questions. The service in the buffet or restaurants even the snack bars by the pools were great. even the cleaning staff was very attentive to us. the week passed by so fast we look forward to going back. "

"Great layout for a resort with easily walkable distances to everything. Great food options and service. Beautiful grounds with a main garden from the lobby to side garden with lovely vegetation to set it apart from other resorts. Great pools with wonderful temperatures. Even when fully booked, doesnt feel overwhelming. We will be looking for more Dreams locations for our next winter getaway."

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night. "Beautiful place to stay in very cleans lots to do in the hotel. The only problem we had was with the servers in the pm in the buffet they would completely ignore us and didn’t bother to ask how we were doing or bring us drinks and they would try to say that we couldn’t be in the buffet! The am staff in the morning was amazing we would always try to find Angel he was always friendly and we also love Jacinto in the bar area really fun and friendly! I would recommend the Royalton Hotel! "
