"All the staff was great, very attentive and respectful, and always greeted with a smile. Dealing with no hot water for the first half of our trip was frustrating especially coming from the airport and wanting to have a nice warm bath. We traveled with a one year old and she also had to shower with very cold water which she cried about. Other than that, everything else was great. "

There was a man in the platinum lounge in the El Cid hotel whose name I did not get, but he was a sweetheart. Highly recommend this place. They helped make my anniversary so special. Also, Aakat was the best restaurant hands down. "
