"Stylish Moorish architecture, clean venues, good food, and hard-working staff. Surf is rough and pleasantly audible day and night, but beach is narrow."

"I had a swim up pool ocean front view in the excellence club area and loved the view. There were people getting up early in the morning to save spots but I didn’t have to worry because I was right there and had my own outdoor patio bed. The servers are attentive and come around to take drink orders. Housekeeping were attentive and made art out of the towels which was refreshing. I thought the bed was really comfortable and didn’t care too much for the room bar but I requested for other bottles to be swapped out during check in and reception told me it could take up to 2-3 days but never happened. I enjoyed drinks most at the Excellence Lounge because of the top shelf alcohol which you don’t find at many of the bars. I love that there’s a variety of restaurants and food options but I would not recommend the food from Spice if you are looking for authentic Korean or Japanese food. The room has wear and tear so don’t expect perfection. I could tell from the walls that they were painted white often and couch sunken in. The staff were friendly and approachable. I felt the size of the resort was perfect, not to big or small. The amount of activities were good and there was always something to do."

"Just stayed a week, and would definitely recommend if you want a laid back vacation. The property was clean and beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Frank and Lola's and Latino are the two dinner locations that require a reservation, highly recommend. The Beach House was ok for all meals. Ritas Taco house on the beach is open from 11-5, and is a winner. Snacks are limited, so if your a snacker you may want to stock up before you get there. The beach is really nice and you dont have to fight for chairs. The SOS swim up bar is kind of hidden in the back, but good if you want out of the wind. "

"Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was an excellent resort. We were lucky enough to get rooms which were close to all of the facilities. Staff was excellent! Food was good and there were many choices of restaurants. The Spa was fabulous! Had a great time! "
