"Traveled to Cancun-Puerto Morelos with my family including a child. The location is excellent, very walkable, across the street from a grocery store and plentiful dining options. The facilities need repair, our door to room 303 had a big crack with a gap you could see through. I was tempted to fix it myself with wood filler, but settled with covering the crack with a cushion when we were inside. There’s a water pressure problem, but this might be related to the area rather than just the hotel....
