"Traveled as a couple celebrating 25th anniversary. Our first time out of the US, so both nervous we had chosen the right resort and of course nervous traveling to Mexico at all. Everything could not have been more perfect so this is also a reflection on Cancun as a whole. Tons and tons of research on AI resorts here before we chose Haven. This place is heaven on earth. Hospitality is over the top. We were serenity ocean front swim out, and the views were spectacular! Breakfast on the patio with the sunrise is priceless! Resort is off by itself a bit so almost no one on the beaches even during the day so it's quiet and private. Great restaurants but overall average to above average food. Tahani dinner experience is definitely at the top, if you know you know. Liquor is weak as with most AI's. If your serenity you do get a bottle of liquor at check in so it's great to spike your drinks with. Our butler Paco was a shining star and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Everyone, right down to the pool cleaners were overly nice and helpful and made it feel like one giant family. Nightlife is a bit on the boring side, but you can make your own party as pools are open 24hrs and we met some nice couples there to visit with later in the evenings over drinks. They have activities all day everyday so there really isn't a need for you to leave however they have an excursion desk right in the lobby to sign up for off resort activities. "Carlos my butler did an excellent job . He checked everyday to make sure everything was running smoothly. The main buffet area needs some work tho. Very runny eggs and raw bacon Roberto in the pool area also did an excellent job. He works hard."

"Very nice and very clean property. Great food with plenty of options. Buffet setup for breakfast daily and most evenings except Friday and Sunday night when they offer Asian. Evenings there is an Italian and a Steakhouse where they suggest getting reservations with your concierge. We met the 2nd day with our concierge and there were no reservations available the remainder of our trip which seemed strange. No worries though, they take walk-ins and we ate at both. For lunch a rotating daily outdoor buffet is setup which we ate a couple times. There is a menu order snack bar by the pool that was great and lastly there is the Landshark Pub which is menu order lunch and dinner in a beautiful bar setting. We also signed up for a guided tour of the brewery in the Landshark that was a lot of fun and finished with tasting of the 4 freshly brewed beers. The lobby bar was always buzzing at night with quality mixologist bartenders very worth a nightly visit. There were two swim up bars with friendly staff. The servers around the pools also are amazing as are all of the daily pool entertainment team. The workout room is spacious with nice equipment and 4 quality treadmills. There are 2 pickleball courts we played a few times which were nice along with some old school shuffleboard. We took an Uber into Cancun for the day about a 30 minute ride up to the action. We loved the property, the people, staff, food, drinks but know, there is not a beach if this is important to you. "

"This was my 2nd stay at Breathless in Riviera Maya and my 4th stay at a Breathless Resort. The resort was as great as I remembered. Everything was top tier, from the service to the restaurants. Slight issue with the VIP service. Xhale club used to be a lot bigger and more impressive. "
