"We came back to this resort, but brought our children as the facility is family friendly, safe & fun. We went in December, so it’s likely that we visited during “down time” for PM services. Several pools were out of service, hottub wasn’t heating & there was an aroma of sewage outside our room. The room was nice, but our swim up area was small & water was milky looking, so we remained out of it. The 2 ladies that do the kids activities were beyond stellar!! I cannot recall their names, I believe...

We weren't able to use the hot tub in the adults only area because it was always full of pre-school kids. Property is located miles from everywhere and cabs cost about $50 one way.
