"Property is very well maintained. Food options are good. Tour suggestions and options could be better, there were some inconsistencies depending on who we spoke to. Final tour we took was awesome though. There was an attempt to upsell room upgrade, during our check in. Final room we got was really good, but more explanation about building amenities based on where room is allotted, will help. Stage lighting during shows in convention center was very poor. Performance was good though. "

"Staff was extremely friendly, Oscar our butler was top notch and Sergio by the DC pool was amazing as well. Food was phenomenal, buffet and restaurants alike. There was quite a few uneven walking surfaces but I would assume those things will be addressed when they shut down for upkeep at the end of this year "
