Food is pretty good. Staff is amazing and really eager to please. Cristi, one of the pool servers was always friendly and always made sure our drinks were full. Communication is horrendous by management. The hotel does try and nickel and dime you from renting beach beds to making dinner reservations. Another guest told me they were told that Christmas Eve dinner and a show was $200 US dollars, which they paid. When we just walked up and sat down at no extra charge. They really push reservations by you buying a crappy bottle of overpriced brut. You can only make dinner reservations for dinner at Teppanyaki. But it sells out by 9:05am via the app. We lined up at Bordeaux at 5:45 ( it opens at 6) and was told it’s a 2hr wait - which is unacceptable.

Resort was not on par with other Hyatt properties. Overall Indigo club was great, staff was great but the older parts of the property need attention. Indigo club rooms were new and well maintained, Skybar was amazing. Restaurants were poorly managed leaving empty tables while patrons were left waiting over an hour to be seated, food quality was fair. Reservations could only be made by agreeing to buy wine at 100 USD. The grounds needed cleaning from repairs, walkway tile was slippery when wet, buffet flooded after a heavy rain and our property lost power 3 times during our stay.

The reaort was not as nice as the picutres. You can tell they're trying to build it back up though. Big downfall is only one restaurant takes reservations, ate buffet every night due to long waits, food wasn't great. Swim up room worth the upgrade.

Dreams Sapphire resort was an amazing experience. Staffs are friendly and always there to help you. They’re all inclusive includes a lot of amenities, restaurants. They host a lot of events to keep their guests entertained. We found the resort very clean and well equipped.

We love visiting this resort and have been twice before. The food was solid, make sure you hit the catch of the day for lunch at the seaside grill. There were some power outages when we were there this most recent visit, not sure if that happens regularly. It’s also not quite clear what you have access to as a preferred club room. I was given mixed feedback when asked if we’d have access to Indigo which is a new restaurant on site.

Nice and clean hotel need more amenities and more food options in the restaurant and more towels on the pool because after 5pm no body give you a dryer towels....is import with children after nice afternoon in the pool

It was a quick getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our birthdays. We really enjoyed the relaxing nature of laying by the pool and enjoying the sun, the convenience of the snack and meal options and the staff was lovely the whole stay! Would definitely return in the future!

This was a first all-inclusive resort experiencefor my husband and I and our two children and we had an absolute blast. The staff is amazing, there are tons of activities for the kids and adults alike. The rooms are very nice and the food is very good and the level of service blew our expectations away. My only complaint occurred right after check in. The employee who checked us in said that we should next go talk to his colleague, who proceeded to basically try to get us to do what appeared to be a timeshare presentation the next morning at a partner property. After about 10 minutes of him explaining and trying to get us to commit to going there the next morning I told him there was no way I was committing to anything because I had just checked into the hotel and wanted to experience the place I had paid for. There was never any explanation as to why this was part of the check-in process and it was kind of frustrating but then every single other part of our stay was fantastic so it was easy to let it go.

The hotel was okay. Staff was pleasant and facilities were good. The one thing I did not like was the upgraded package which made no difference but cost more. It didnt really feel premium and a lot of persons were using preferred access spaces without having preferred status- could have saved me 200USD. Also didn’t appreciate that the upgrade was non-refundable…it feels a bit tricky. Anyway, generally a decent stay. 7/10.
