"The Fives at Puerto Morelos was a lovely place to stay. Very clean, the staff were attentive and courteous and the location is very walkable to the rest of town. The in house restaurant has decent food, but the service was very chaotic on the evening we ate there. We ordered 1 salad and 2 entrees. My partners entree arrived quickly, but it was another half hour before the salad and my entree arrived after we asked a couple of times. Could have been a one off thing that evening, but we ate in and around town for the rest of our stay. Lots of great food locally."

"Everything was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating except someone in Concierge Aleesa. She was very rude and aggressive and bating people into altercations, definitely spoke with a supervisor about her. Restaurants on the resort are not done traditionally and will be filled for your entire stay. We could not get reservations for the steak house, went to see if there were any cancellations and the restaurant was empty asking us to come back on another day. This is what needs to be fixed. Besides that it was a wonderful stay! "

"This is a great resort, I would go back… the staff are amazing, lots of pool choices and never a problem finding a spot, drink service around the pools was great, food was really good with a lot of variety and even a lot of gluten free options, only downside is the beach area but that’s not the resorts fault, can’t stop Mother Nature. "

"Vacation with family and two grandchildren. Absolutely amazing place for children, they loved the trampoline area and all you can eat ice cream. Playing mini golf and four different pools to play in. Playing in the sand. Dining was wonderful! Absolutely wonderful place to stay!"

"The overall experience was great! The staff in every department is friendly and very kind and helpful. The onsite restaurants need more choices on the menu, the food at most restaurants were awful too oily and greasy. We preferred buffet and sports bar. Travelled as family with two small kids for 5 days and we all got sick for two days due to foods. On the other note, great property, staff was amazing the housekeeping services done within minutes without asking and beyond. "
