We liked all the service from the staff , everyone was very friendly and quick . The steak house was the best , great drinks and the service was top notch. The kids had a great time on the zip line and in the trampoline area.

The experience was amazing! It’s the first time I see all inclusive that is actually all inclusive including the kids club which is amazing! Etzel in the kids club is wonderful my kids love her even they were there for just one hour. The best part is there is no wrist bands so no matter what type of room you have, everyone is treated the same. But even better there are not Time Share sale representatives! Very clean place and they cleaned our room every day without us asking them. They have a buffet which food is good everything excel for the sushi, they need to improve a lot with the Japanese food but other than that they have a nice variety of dishes every day. They have 4 different restaurants one is adults only, omg just try them Spectacular! Food is nothing but great and service is amazing. They all have a theme. The only thing you pay extra for is room service which is $10, not bad at all. And of course activities outside the hotel and the spa are things not included obviously. If you can, enjoy the spa, better than any other I have been before. Estefany and Yesi took care of me and their service went above and beyond. Yesi is amazing! The best massage I have ever had came from her, very professional and sweet. Staff is more than recommended, the guys by the pool and restaurant are so pleasant and professional, always asking what else they can do for you! Going above and beyond Ivan Ceron nothing but great, very nice, did everything on his hands to make us feel welcomed

The property was dated and needs proper renovations for the price being charged. Seems like a lot of patch work has been done. There were lizards in my room coming in from a broken window (no one ever came to fix). The resort informed me that they were not dangerous! I replied so I still don't want them in my room! When it rained, the walkways flooded. Property needs some TLC. The staff was AMAZING. I had the Ruby Suite, that came with a butler. and everyone was amazing.

Wonderful staff! We loved our room. Traveled with another couple and they accommodated adjoining rooms for us. So much for the kiddos to do. We enjoyed all food/drinks. Buffet was open for all 3 meals. Service was great for buffet and in restaurants, not slow. The steak house was our favorite. We didn't plan on utilizing the kid's "daycare", but my 9-year-old saw it and really wanted to go. So much to do in there! And since parents aren't allowed, we signed her up. We had her bring her iPad so she could communicate with us and let us know when she wanted to be done. The staff would also be able to call you if needed. I would not return to this resort, only for the condition of the ocean, which is out of the resort's control. The ocean is full of sea grass and not clear. No one really went in it. We love to snorkel and be in the ocean so that was a downer for us. If you aren't an ocean go-er, then this would not matter for you. The resort itself really is wonderful and 5 star all the way in every aspect! There is a separate adult only side with a pool and hot tub. The pools were cold, but we did not have good weather. That did not stop my child from swimming though! The hot tub was hit or miss. Sometimes it was hot, other times it was just warm. The night entertainment was enjoyable. They have a coffee shop that serves a variety of specialty coffees, sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and ice cream. We also really enjoyed that. We did a couple excursions right through the hotel.

The reason we book this resort, because under description it said that it was build in 2020, but that is not true. It was remodeled in 2020 and still need more remodeling, because it is old resort and buildings. During our stay it was continued being patched and painted. Water got in through different spots and wind was whistling though the door. During our 5 day stay it was raining and windy for few days. The beach was dirty, water was dirty. No body swimming in the ocean.

Very comfortable and convenient floor plan with easy access to all of the facilities and the beach. Good food, it was easy to book the restaurants. Recommend French, Rodeo and Mexican. Italian was so so. Buffet is very good. The service personnel is great. Especially I would like to thank our buttlers Joao and Cristian for helping with every request - top of the line service. The beach is very good - no rocks, almost no weeds and they clean the sand every day. No waves due to the location I think - great for swimming. They have excellent shows in the theater every night. Great activities for kids - just a paradise. They have adults only pool and hot tub which is great if you want quiet experience. If someone from administration would read this review, the only request is to return Karaoke. They used to have it but stopped for unknown reason. Everybody loves karaoke, it's a lot of fun and it would be great to have it back.

Its our first time going to Cancun, the hotel is great for families especially if you have babies under 5 year old , first the resort is small so easy access to everything don't have to walk lot like other resorts their huge , and because its not a huge resort its super clean and staff are very friendly! Pools are clean sand is clean but beach water its not which is common there at most of the resort in that area , food is good especially at the restaurant the buffet was ok . Daycare for kids you can keep them and make sure you woke up early and go to the beach and reserve one of the beds down their is not lot of them and they will be gone by 7:30 am . Overall its very nice quit and the most important was for me its very clean and the stuff was super nice , housekeeping will come every day and make sure the room look great

Our stay at Sensira was fantastic. The staff and service was incredible. Food was excellent as was our room. We loved the smaller size of the resort making it easily walkable. The kids pool area was great and our children LOVED going to the kids club. The entertainment staff worked hard and put on great shows. The spa was also a highlight. Definitely recommend this resort and would love to return one day.

Returned Jan 14th from a family vacation. This is a young children/family resort. If you're a couple without young kids, I do not recommend this resort unless that is what you are looking for. If your youngest child is 8 or 9, and you have older kids, I don't recommend this resort. With that said, for adults traveling with young kids, this resort isn't too bad. Large buffet for easy feeding, mellow pools for kids, what looked like kid friendly activities, clean rooms, and beach is mellow. Resort is dead by 10pm, so you won't feel bad going to bed early and getting up early. What evening events we saw, seemed decent. What we didn't like is the resort is understaffed. They are aware of this, but I'm assuming are trying to get to a less crowded time of the year when it makes sense to have less people working. This mainly affected the ala carte dining. Plan on 2-2.5 hours to dine and there are no reservation systems in place for 3 of the 4 restaurants. The adult only Galerie requires a same day reservation with concierge at 9am. The other three restaurants can be a long wait if you don't plan accordingly. We solved by arriving at 5pm to get a seat when restaurants opened at 5:30pm. That's a very early dining time, but by the time the food starts arriving it will be closer to 6:30pm. There is a charge for room service of $10 per delivery. We didn't use this service, but others we chatted with said that it takes 1-1.5 hours for delivery and the food is cold.

The resort is kid friendly. Helpful friendly staff. - Entertainment in the lobby should be every night. - More umbrellas are need in the pool areas. Some were in poor condition. Need umbrellas for every 3 lounge chairs. - Should be able to book cabanas and lounge chairs daily at a reservation desk. Did not come to a vacation resort to have to get up at 4:00 am to go and block pool seating for the day with my towels. - Your website should not advertise amenities that are not available because they are under construction - The first couple of days when we got there the cleaning staff were great. Near the middle and end of our stay they stopped coming. We only got 2 nights turndown service when it should have been everynight as advertised. Our room did not get cleaned for 3 days. We were generous and left $5.00 (American) everyday for the cleaning staff. We now they didn't show up because no new towels, the bed wasn't made, the garbage bins not emptied and the $5 tip was still there. Very disappointed. - The last 10 min drive into the hotel, the road needs to be tended to. - I would not rate this hotel as 5 star or diamond, more like a 3 1/2 star

The location is far from most attractions/activities, and given its remoteness and extremely poor road conditions leading to the facility it was difficult to acquire reasonably priced transportation. I paid $120 USD to get from the airport with my two kids. The taxis all had the same price. The room we chose with bunkbeds were in very poor condition, the kids could not sleep in them. I tried to upgrade to another room but I was told this could not be accommodated. Access to USD under $50 dollars from ATM did not exist. I would have liked to tip staff more than I did, but the store was not able to make change and the baggage handlers had limited funds. I think not having access to break larger bills is doing a disservice to the income of the staff. The pool was very cold, it's unfortunate they were not heated to some extent. Most people avoided swimming on account of this, and the beach is largely not swimable. The water is brown and there is a lot of seaweed. Most staff were pleasant and upbeat. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The dining experiences were good, especially the Galleria. The Mexican restaurants menu is likely a little too authentic for the taste of most North Americans or kids. The entertainment was low budget but better than most resorts I have been to, and I attribute this to the energy and talent of the performers. I think there is a missed opportunity not to offer latin dance lessons in groups or even privately.
