Don't go here. Save your money. Such a huge let down. Hot water only worked part of the time. Alomst impossible to get clean towels. Room was very dusty and dirty and smelled like a cave. The bed sheets felt damp. Hundreds of tiles missing from the pool area. Bar by the pool was gross, rusty, run down and using recycled water bottles for the mixer containers. Waited at least 30 minutes for breakfast and dinner every day. We will never go back to this horrible place. Such a bait and switch!!

The cleaning staff and waiters were great. The front desk and management team were manipulative Liars who moved us and other guests to other rooms only to have the next room be worse! Maintenance at this facility were incompetent and overwhelmed whith all the issues at this location.

I would start by saying that we were put into a room with no towels, and it had no curtains (just sheers), so the light came in at 630 am. We upgraded to a larger room with a little kitchenette, which one would have to assume would we outfitted with something, but not in this case. Two cups and a coffee maker. Not even a spoon to stir your coffee. No iron or ironing board. After we complained to the front desk they moved us to a room one floor down. When we got to that room, which had blinds on the windows facing the ocean but on the other side of the unit was another window with no curtain. Of course there is a big light outside of that window so the room never got dark. It was like sleeping with the lights on all night. The second room had no coffee maker, no cups, no glasses, nothing. Again we had to message the front desk to try and get a room which was prepared. When they say "All inclusive", they mean you can have a choice of two entrees at dinner - either spagetti or chicken. When we went to the pool again they had no towels. Pulled out a rusty nail off the pool floor. And the edge of the pool has a constant flock of seaguls sitting on it pooping in the pool all day long. The only bright spot in this entire resort was Hernan in the dining room who's service was really great. He tried to make the best of a terrible situation. Do not even think about going to this "resort", it's a hole. I'm only giving it one star because there is no option to give zero stars.

The staff is incredible. The food was great - different meal options every day. It’s a pitty you can’t access the public beach area to the right of the hotel - the stairs are broken and there is a big drop to the sand so that you can’t access it safely.

Great location for a private getaway. Rooms are large great view and sound of the ocean. Clean and well maintained and friendly staff and service. The resort needs a good a mount of up keep with repairs especially the road getting to the resort. And better information signs posted for resort location.

The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, with few dining options and very limited activities within the "resort". The ocean view and poolside area were the main highlights. There also seemed to be a lot of renovations underway during my stay, so hopefully, they'll improve their services soon.

We had a pleasant stay overall and absolutely loved the location—it was stunning and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself has great potential, with charming features, but the building and pool could use some TLC to bring them back to their full glory. The food was a bit hit or miss; on some days, when the chef was available, it was great, but on others, it lacked consistency. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time and believe this place could be fantastic with a few updates.

The hotel was a tad out dated and needs repairs, hot water is a maybe, and don’t plan on sleeping in - the black out curtains don’t work. Beach access is limited, and food was rough, get off resort for food. Over all it was a nice stay, Pedro at the bar and dinning personal were awesome. Front desk was helpful but not when our property was taken and not found which was my biggest disappointment of the trip. Sofia was rude and not interested in helping at all, Christian was more helpful but nothing was ever done regarding our property not being found.

Water that came out of the faucets was yellow. Slow service at times and workers served certain people and walked right passed us. No immediate beach area and if you wanted the good beach you had to navigate slippery rocks, punishing waves and trash. We made the best of it but we definitely wont be going to this one again

Upon arrival no power, next day power was okay room smelled like sewer so we were moved to another room, third day no power, 4th day no power we were moved to a sister hotel for the day, missed our sunset cruise lost our money and returned to finish our stay, no partial credits given nothing done to make things right but the food staff tried everything to make our days good.

You have to book everything with 24 hours was a bit much for us. Also, the key to doors didn’t work so we had to walk down to the staff every time we leave our room. Also there were no access to the beach and the food was a hit or miss depends on which day you go, but the staff itself was very excellent. El estilo de la propiedad es bonito pero esta descuidado la vista de la piscina espectacular los meseros excelentes ellos hacen que la pesadilla que es estar ahy se menos terrible ,los cuartos tienen mal olor a húmedo,los baños con moho sucios las camas viejas no te cambian sábanas diario abecés tienes que pedir hasta toallas porque no te ponen limpias. Tuvimos el domingo 5 horas sin luz no aire comida limitada ,el martes no tuvimos luz desde 7:30 pm hasta el día siguiente por la tarde nos dieron un pase para ir a otro hotel en lo que arreglaban el problema de la luz . Las fotos que salen en expidia son hermosas pero vienes acá la realidad es otra fuimos con mi esposo por el aniversario #23 fue el peor lugar en estos 23 años de casados que hemos viajado es horrible hay un tipo en el front desck que es un pesado ingerido cuando hicimos el check out nos quito las tarjetas nos dijo ya no tienen derecho a nada si quieren algo de tomar beber devén pagar what después que nos tuvieron sin luz con cómoda limitada deberían de intentar recompensar al huésped con algo no te dan ni la bebida de bienvenida nosotros viajamos desde new jersey otras personas vienen de Europa mucho más lejos se fueron lo peor no te devuelven el dinero ni te reconocen nada si cancelas por los inconvenientes de ellos mismos no tienen un generador este hotel no llega ni a 5 estrellas que pena por el personal de servicio son lo único bueno de ese lugar. I do not understand how this hotel is classified as a Five Star “Hotel”We got it because we wanted the all-inclusive feature with a beach. There were various aspects that I will mention that they need to get better at: 1. Room cleanliness and overall cleanliness of the facilities. The room had dirty walls, dirty floors and dusty areas. The sheets and towels did not smell clean at all. 2. Damp room and humid smell. It was so bad that even the bed felt damp, it is not comfortable sleeping in a damp bed. 3. The sliding door for the balcony does not lock. We reported it and they told us all the rooms were the same. 4. It was all-inclusive but in various occasions we couldn’t get what we wanted because they had run out. 5. The road to the hotel had giant potholes that would sometimes get flooded. 6. This hotel once must have been amazing but right now the facilities are really worn down and need an update and/or maintenance. 7. It had a pool table and darts but they were broken. 8. The pool tiles were falling and needs maintenance. 9. The food is 4/5 but no buffet and only one restaurant. Can only get coffee when open. No coffee or cups in our room did ask and still waiting today.

This place is a full on scam. The only thing good about this place is the view. This place is EXTREMELY dirty from the grounds you walk on to the bed that you sleep on. The actual beds was old and completely stained out. The sheets had stains all over them and when we asked for clean sheets, they brought us some more dirty and stained sheets. The towels are so filthy you can’t even dry off with them, I had to air dry. The tub was dirty, stained and filled with hair. The showers was molded and rusted. The room it self needed a power wish. The room smelted like sewage and made it hard to breathe. Let’s talk about the food and drinks. The food was the worst I ever had in my life. I wouldn’t feed this slop to my dog or any animal. The drinks are not strong and watered down. Also, for it to be all inclusive, they were real stingy on portions for meals and drinks. We basically had to beg them for bottles of water like I was Olive Twist or something. Last but not least, the pool and beach experience was also poor, but not as bad as the room and drinks. The pool is completely out dated and needs renovations, just like the rest of that location. I actually cut my foot on something in that pool. Also, the beach access is was horrible. So as we walked down the steps to the beach, the steps completely stops and we had to jump down to the beach. Like I was Rambo or somebody. This place is a nightmare and I wouldn’t even allow my worst enemy to stay here. RUN AWAY FAST!!!

This resort is a motel six masquerading as a resort. I implore everyone to never stay at this resort. My wife and I went here for are wedding anniversary and it's the biggest mistake that I ever made. The rooms are full of mold, there are no amenities and there is nothing to do. The facility is totally run down and I have the pictures to prove it. Please, Please, Please choose another facility to stay at.
