The tvs are pretty out of date, it would be nice if the rooms had the Roku tvs so we could log into our own accounts. - other than that we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! "

"They removed water bottles from the room. They no longer stick the fridge with soda,beer and goodies. Other than that we had a wonderful time. People put towels on chairs around the pool and beach at daylight than don’t use them till late in the day. The security lady could monitor that rather than worry about where chairs are located on the beach"

"You need to read this review to the end. We came to this resort a few years ago and was not impressed with the food, the staff seemed aloof, and the dining area seemed in need of repair. So….it seems silly that we would return😜. We decided to take a chance because we were going to be traveling with a larger group and wanted to make it an economical trip for everyone. However, because I had been there before I wasn’t really excited. Imagine my surprise just a couple years later, when this vacation so exceeded my expectations! The resort was very clean and I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness, the food was wonderful however, I like more authentic food (they did have American choices if you are a picky eater), they made every repair that was needed and so many great updates (make sure to bring a mug to fill with water. They have added so many fresh water stations throughout the resort. Such a great addition!) and the staff was amazing and so accommodating! I absolutely loved them all! It’s a smaller resort so they get to know you and even your every drink choice! The diving instructor even remembered my hubby from a couple years ago!! The only suggestion I have is that the lunch buffet be improved slightly (however, their is a little snack shack that is good and we did for lunch) We will be back!!"

"This is not a five star resort, but a five star value. We have stayed at Iberostar properties more than 10 times and they never disappoint. Very good food,.good drinks, great service, friendly atmosphere and at this property an amazing landscape. Plus the best beach anywhere. We will return. One caveat. BD Experience, our shutt service from the airport to the resort had no record of our reservation. Staff claimed this was a recurring issue with Expedia. We waited 45 minutes for them to sort this. Not tragic, but a nuisance. "
