"The accommodations were great and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. There was good dining options on site which were reasonably priced. Our TV went out while we were there and the staff brought us a replacement within 10 minutes. Family friendly and safe. Everything in town was a 10 dollar cab ride away."

"Love the pool, scuba and snorkeling, lockers, but most of all the wonderful workers. Kiera is always up, positive and fast with correct orders. Other great servers are Cornelio, Cynthia, Mariana, Gabriella, Alid, Josue. Bartenders, activity staff, dancers, shows, speciality dinners, room cleaners and scuba staff all super. The area that needs work is the rooms. Whoever thought it was a good idea to take out the table and chairs and put in a hammock over a tile floor in the rooms is just plain...
