"Wonderful, wonderful place. I will definitely be back! Great place to bring kids. My only concern is about 3/4 of the servers and workers were very nice, and about the other 1/4 seemed very unhappy and resentful of the guests. I get it. But it makes it a little less fun. Super beautiful place. Thank you! "

"This is a wonderful property for some relaxing downtime. There are plenty of options for outside excursions, and Playa del Carmen is a short taxi ride away for shopping and dining experiences. The food available at the resort was decent. The food all had beautiful presentation but flavor was sometimes disappointing. Over all we would choose to stay here again! Wonderful beach area, pool area was clean and well maintained and the grounds of the resort were gorgeous. "

"First time at this property, 5th time in Mexico and 2nd time at a Riu Resort (Ocho Rios). The property was beautiful, well laid out and maintained. It was spotless! Check-in was easy and our rooms were ready a couple hours early. The rooms were fresh, clean, no smells and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a tub in the middle of the room; weird but it made for a good clothes hanger! The beach and pool were perfect. Chair hogs around the pool but plenty of loungers on the beach....

"The resort was very clean and the staff worked really hard to make our stay a good one. Rooms are a bit dated and need some repairs, but it was not an issue for us. Loved our vacation"
