"We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with upgraded perks such as complimentary spa offers and discounts, a private pool and beach access and access to the adjoining resort facilities. We were pleased with the food at the a la carte options. However, accessing them was a logistical nightmare. The online access was down. This required guests to line up daily at 7:30 am to TRY to get a booking for that day. On our second last day, I was first in a line of 25, and was still unable to access any a la carte restaurant for that day. No one was able to book. There is no advance booking- I don’t understand the issue. It must be improved. One other concern was the use of artificial sweeteners in the bar mixes. We all ended up choosing non-choice drinks due to this practice- not only is it an unpleasant aftertaste, it causes migraines in one of our party. We switched to clear drinks like gin and tonic instead of delicious fancy drinks which was disappointing. The juice bar was a real treat, and we utilized it daily. We found the choices for vegetarians and healthy eaters were plenty. The crepe stand was a lovely choice, and the availability of cappuccino at most locations was a bonus. We enjoyed the evening activities and the entertainment and animation staff were wonderful and sometimes hilarious! The dancers in the Latin show were truly world class. Overall, with those small bits of feedback, it was an exceptional vacation and we will certainly try to return. "

"We had a great time during our stay. Having the pools and beach within a 1 minute walk from the unit was a big plus. It was aloo very convenient to have restaurants and the marina inside the community. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of a television in the main bedroom. We had a few hiccups the first day but Richard took care of everything within minutes. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. This is a great unit to rent. You open the patio door and you're looking right at the beach and if you look left you see the pools .everythingcovenientHarestaurants and the "

"Lovely place overlooking a great beach. Very clean property with everything you need for a great vacation. Linda was very helpful with her communication. Easy initial access to the property & helpful advice for a seamless airport transfer with Avelino. It was lovely to arrive to fruit, cakes & a cold beer. The property is obviously very close to a fabulous beach with very good snorkelling. The lovely pool is 2 mins away & was very quiet when we were there. Shops & restaurants are on your doorstep & this is a real bonus as it was nice to see the dolphin’s & manatee as you walked around. If we are in the area again we’ll definitely stay here again, thoroughly recommend. "
