"This was a beautiful and spacious property. It was a very short walk to the white sandy beach. The second floor balcony outside the master bedroom was my favorite place. "The condo is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. It’s close to beach and the beach club. It’s also close to a 711 store which is very convenient. The only issue is the noise from traffic and people dropping off oxygen tanks(lots of diving business around) outside at beach entrance in the early morning.The music from the beach club can’t be avoided. "My first time renting and it won't be my last. In no particular order:The area is very safe around the Unit. Excellent Unit security. That said, f we were out past 8 pm, we used taxis. We're risk-averse. It is a 25 minute walk to the waterfront, which we did each morning for exercise. Very clean/well maintained. If anything was a problem, Ricardo, the PM, was A on it. Susanne, the property owner, is responsive and clear in her communications. A solid team. The tiled 'dipping' pool was perfect....

"We could not have been more pleased. What a great spot, right on the beach. Quiet, safe, well outfitted. We got a basket of food, snacks, fruits, and more that was such a nice surprise. A couple cold beers in the fridge. Our host Linda was very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to chat with! Our friends stayed at Villa Del Mar and while newer and fresher, Chaca Hal Al was so much nicer, closer to the beach, more personality. A great location to town. We were really pleased.
