"This is a beautiful resort with plenty of everything. Well designed with pathways and trails around the property give you a feeling of a jungle experience along with the wildlife that lives in and around the reaort. Plenty of restaurants to chose from and there is nightly entertainment."

"First all inclusive in Mexico with the family and it was an amazing experience! Thank you to ALL of the staff at the hotel in making this trip memorable! Will definitely see you again soon! Special shout outs to Santiago, Francisco, Pedro, and Alex who made great drinks and our Panini master (by the pool), Jared, Artuero (with his amazing hat) and the entertainment team, Abel (Steakville), our waiters at Alebrijes and Ayami, and Abraham in Toscana! "Entire property was extremely well maintained, all staff were nice and helpful. Being able to visit other hotels within the Barcelo family is nice and offered the kids the ability to try different pools. Would highly recommend this property for any families. Only caveat, in the property description they don't mention the water park/surfing area is an extra charge, along with the bowling and some other activies. Also, if you don't get a reservation for dinner at one of the highly in demand A La Carte restaurants, there only is the buffet available. "

"Everything was great about our stay. The only drawback was that the quality of the food was inconsistent. The restaurants were great, but a good amount of the buffet was often not fresh. Room service one night left us with very bland and poorly made quesadillas and guacamole."

"Service at the resort was impressive. A few of the workers stood out, such as the buffet hostess who remembered our names and always smiled, Anita in the lobby, and the woman in the Asian restaurant who delivered our drinks. These women were hard workers. I was very pleased that we were assigned a room close to the elevator as requested. I wish your pool/beach loungers were more comfortable and that there were more chairs (not just loungers) around the pools. "
