"This is our 3rd trip here. We love that you can cross over to the other princess resorts. We love the amount of pools. The party pool is so loud you can here it from every room and i wish the played different music every other day but itnis dance club all day every day. We only eat buffet at breakfast and lunch it is ok... i have been to worse and this one has variety and different food from day to day. So if you find something you love you may never find it again. The al e carte restaurants were excellent and you dont have to have a reservation just walk up. The resort is showing its age. Things are faded, cracked, etc but they are constantly working cleaning fixing and i bet its hard to fix things when they are constantly full of guests."

"Amazing property, beach was amazing. Pool super nice. Walk to xcaret is a must. Bad sides were there is hardly any poolside service or poolside food. Rooms smaller and out of date but still good enough. Favorite resort we’ve been too. "

"Barcelo maya was everything we wanted. The beach was absolutely beautiful. But the main reason i chose this resort was for the snorkling right off the beach. It did not dissapoint. It was absolutely beautiful with coral and fish and sea turtles all in their natural environment. My son and i would definitely come here again."

"My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!"
