"We had a great stay at Sunset Kin Beach and would definitly stay again. Having access to bicycles was excellent for getting around the area and to the beach. The accommodations are located very close to the beach and only a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. The local murals are amazing!"

"This was a perfect stay for us. The condo was the perfect size and it was nice to have all the amenities of both a hotel cleaning/water service and the full kitchen of a home. We rented a golf cart to get around which was so fun and everything was so close. The balcony and hammock overlooking the whole bay was breathtaking. We had awesome snorkeling right out our door and amazing food at la lunita, the jungle cafe, and la Buena vida. Cherri had perfect recommendations for everything. 10/10 can’t...

"We spent so much time down the street that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities here as we mostly only slept. I would not hesitate to book again in the future. It was exceptionally clean. Deisi does the cleaning and is very sweet. Miguel is so kind and helpful. The patio for this condo is huge and shaded with a view of the pool. There are chairs on the beach to use. Take swim shoes as the beach is rocky but the view is spectacular!"

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. "This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property....

"This was our first time in Playa, and this place did not disappoint. In my opinion it’s the best on this stretch of beach. I would recommend to all my friends. I would give it more than 5 stars if that was possible. The infinity pool looking out to the ocean is dreamy. Absolutely loved it. Everyone that works there are so nice, n helpful. "The premier place to stay in Akumal! La Sirena #1 is a beautiful 2 room unit, well stocked if you're cooking. "Beautiful balcony to relax on and enjoy the fabulous view. Everything we needed was there, the lagoon is great for kayaking and swimming, and the owner was a delight. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back. We enjoyed outings to nearby Yal Ku for snorkeling and Xpu Ha beach where the locals go. A day trip to the ruins and cenotes at Coba was worth the journey, and the shrimp tacos at Kaab Hotel in Coba were the best we've ever had."
