"Pros: Close to el fogon and don sirloin for eating options. Walkable to centro (eg 20 mins to Benito and 5th) Beautiful room, I looked out towards the coast and had a tree view and morning sun. great big bed, nice firm mattress. Was close to my chosen dive shop. Cons: Room not soundproofed - can hear outside, upstairs, next door and everything in the hallway Hallway is open to outdoors, traps heat and gets hotter than outside. Requested maintenance as (weird problem) the shower ONLY had HOT...

"This was good place and I would stay again. Very easy to get to 5th and easy to check in. A safe location. The only thing is that laundry is listed as an amenity but they don’t have any laundry on site. "Miguel and other staffs are very nice. Location is convenient, you can walk around the downtown. Restaurants, dive shops, pharmacy and souvenir shops are walking distance. Easy to get taxi from the property. I came for diving and the room has lots of hanger to dry my stuff. Cons: pillows and duvet cover kind of stink like they haven’t been washed in a while. Overall the property is great."

"Good front desk staff during our checkin, room was clean. Could use NEW TOWELS twice have stayed here twice towels have holes . Bed needs a mattress cover your mattresses are very hard . The blow hair dryer was not working tried different outlets. They turned elevator off at nite we least a5 am had to carry our luggage down stir 83 yr old man ."
